The firm “Zornitsa-90” was established right after the democratic changes on January 19,1990.
In 1990 the firm reoriented in trade with meat and meat products as it opened a grocer’s shop, which set up later as firm shop.
In 1997 the company build a little production hall of carving and boning for manufacture of minced meat and raw sausages. The development of the firm on the market was slowly and hard .The production began with staff of 4-5 persons. Thanks to the ambition of the owners, the highly qualified technologist and the professionalism of the employees the firm has succeeded on the market for 2-3 years.

With its ambition for development the firm set on the market of Plovdiv minced meat and meat products in plastic saucers. It is one of the first firms to start deliver even to the smallest consumers. This way the firm starts to develop and build its image. Today it is famous to the clients for its correctness, precision and quickness. |
In 1999 the firm bought an area and started to enlarge its production. In 2003 it build a new three-floored building for production of sausages, boiled-smoked meat and delicacies. That’s how at the end of 2005 appeared a modern factory with production base of over 90 square km and a separate workshop for thermal manufacturing of the meat and the subproducts, where work over 40 employees. The factory disposes of production base, which satisfies all the requirements of the EU. The good production practices are successfully brought in it. NASSR systems are developed to guarantee the safety of the products. In the moment the firm offers on the market over 40 sorts of meat products. The quality of the invested materials and stuff, the modern equipment, the strict keeping of technological discipline and the strict rules for hygiene in the factory give us reason to guarantee You taste delight every time when you consume sausages and delicacies with trademark ”Zornitsa-90”.Since the very beginning our firm strive for being permanent symbol of loyalty to its clients, correct partnership and high quality. |
